Join me for five one-on-one in person session to evolve your personal practice.
Private yoga sessions are an opportunity for you or a small group to receive personal and knowledgable instruction. These sessions will give you specific instruction that would not be available in a normal class environment. In addition, private instruction can be specified to your individual needs based on your level, from beginner to give you a more precise introduction, to an advanced student who would like to deepen their practice. It is also for those who are limited due to a medical conditions in varying degrees. Finally, private yoga is great for individuals who are nervous about practicing with others in a group setting, as we will help give you the confidence to attend a group class.
